BIMM Album - What’s Inside Your Head? Vol 4 released 9th May 2011
The new BIMM album ‘What’s Inside Your Head? Volume 4 will be released on the May the 9th 2011. The new album features 14 songs from BIMM Bristol and BIMM Brighton musicians and will be released on CD (available to buy at BIMM receptions for £5.00) or on iTunes.
There will also be an album launch featuring live performances from some of the songs on the album at this year’s Great Escape Festival at the Pavillion Tavern on Friday the 13th of May 2011.
All proceeds from the album go to the Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy Charity.

BIMM album - What’s Inside Your Head - Volume 3 out now!
BIMM Album launched to raise money for charity
The BIMM album entitled ‘What’s Inside Your Head? Volume Three’ includes 14 of the colleges’ best new talent with all proceeds going to Nordoff Robbins, a professional music therapy centre for adults and children with a wide range of needs in the UK and abroad.
The tracks were chosen by a music industry A&R panel which includes Felix Howard – Head of A&R at EMI Publishing and a successful songwriter in his own right. EMI Music Publishing are currently sponsoring BIMM’s songwriting degree course at BIMM Brighton. Since BIMM launched in 2001, the college has released an album each year – 8 albums to date. The talented musicians have been involved in the back stage scenes of making the album including preparing and recording their tracks in the studio, learning about the production process and handling media interviews
The official launch took part at the Great Escape Festival in Brighton with acts from the album performing live on stage at the Pavilion Tavern.

Way Tangent - Tour dates 2010
Way Tangent are playing several dates in January 2010 including The Hope at Chichester on the 23rd and also Hectors House on the 29th of January. They are also confirmed to play on the BIMM school tour and open days on the 7th of January (Brighton) and the 9th of January (Bristol).

Floors And Walls - October UK tour
Floors And Walls have confirmed a UK tour in October with Mean Poppalean. They will also be supporting Skindred at the Concorde 2 in Brighton on the 19th October.

Sweet Sweet Lies - sign management deal
Sweet Sweet Lies who have previously released a single on South Coast Sounds have just been signed up by The Kaiser Chiefs and Franz Ferdinand management company, as well as Primary Talent a major booking agent in the UK!
Band member Dominic Arnall also features in the new Nick Moran movie ‘Telstar’ based on the life of Joe Meek wiht a cameo role.
